Value Added Safety
Safety is a part of each employee’s job. Active participation and adherence to the Safety Program is a condition of each employee’s employment. No employee is required to work at a job that he or she knows is not safe. Therefore, we must work to make every workplace safe by detecting and correcting unsafe working conditions, as well as the detection of unsafe work practices.
Large scale jobs and additional jobs upon request our Safety Manager will create and write a job specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) that will cover all aspects of the job from a safety perspective and include special hazards, operations, or activities as well as the corrective actions or steps that must be taken to eliminate the hazards.
Our monthly reports will track all hours worked, number of employees, and any incidents, including near misses, first aids, recordable, and property damage while working on your site. These reports assist companies with regulatory contractor reporting that is required by MSHA.
Laron can provide Supervisor and Lead site safety audits, or if requested the Laron Safety Manager can provide site safety audits. We are not just concerned with our areas and employees, all Laron employees have the authority and responsibility to stop any unsafe act or behavior that is witnessed while working on any site.
It is the policy of Laron Incorporated, to provide a safe and healthful workplace for our employees and customers as well as observe all job site, State and Federal Laws and Regulations.
